Return Policy

RETURNS: Returns will be accepted within 14 days of merchandise ship date for domestic delivery. Final sale items (Sale/Clearance) and bodysuits (due to hygiene purposes) cannot be returned or refunded.  To complete your return, your receipt is required. **Please email us within 5 business days that you received the product.

The email must contain the following: Style # (Description) Reason for return: (In a few words explain reason for the return) **You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item please consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEM :In an incident that you find an item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 5 days after receiving the product unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Please email us as soon as possible to kcollectiononlineboutique@gmail with images attached.  

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be contacted regarding your returned item and approval or rejection of your refund.

SHIPPING: Orders placed Monday - Friday before 5 PM will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. K Collection offers USPS First Class options and Priority options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping, however, it is a faster option. You will have the option to choose at checkout, orders will be processed in the time frame listed above.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: K Collection Boutique will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages when tracking information reports delivered to address provided Please contact your local USPS for help with the recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
